My Name is Kathryn White. I decided to create this blog to document my spiritual journey. I began writing this blog in May 2013, during a revival at our local church. It’s entitled Hide and Seek because I felt at the time like I had lost who I was. It was through the meetings at church and time alone spent with the Lord that I realized the art of finding myself was found when I chose to hide myself in Him.
Writing is something I have done all my life. I have journals dating back to 2nd grade. It’s God’s gift to me to help me sort through life and my gift back to hopefully encourage others on their own journeys. Beyond writing, I’m a mom, wife, daughter, friend and work part time in an assisted living home. I love smiley faces and smiling faces and I will take a cold snowy day over a warm rainy day as long as the sun is shining. I firmly believe God shows up in the mundane and ordinary and seek to find Him there.
